- If you are making a reservation for our guestroom or dining establishment:
Your name, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, employer's or other equivalent entity's name, address, etc.
- If you are using our guestroom or dining establishment:
Your gender, name, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, credit card information, passport number, nationality, employer's or other equivalent entity's name and address, hotel arrival and departure times, flight number, smoking preference, age of any accompanying minor and any other information, etc. required for us to address your request

Personal Information Management
We will take any necessary steps, including but not limited to maintaining a security system, establishing a control structure and ensuring scrupulous employee education, and will engage in the strict management of personal information through safety precaution practices, with the view to maintaining your personal information in the accurate and most updated state to fulfill the purposes of use stated above and preventing any unauthorized access to, loss of, damage to, tampering with or leakage of personal information and any other such incident.
If we contract to another party any operation that involves the handling of your personal information, we will select a business capable of taking appropriate safety management steps and engage in the necessary and appropriate supervision of the contractor.
